What We Cover (When Reported Within 7 Days)

Damaged Items:

    • Full refund/replacement for broken or unusable products

    • Partial refund for minor flaws (small scratches, wrinkles)

Wrong Items:

      • We’ll rush the correct item or refund immediately

Lost Packages:

    • Let’s investigate together after:

      • 60-100 days (Europe) with no delivery

      • Requires official post office confirmation


What We Can’t Cover

Delivery Issues:

  • Packages marked "delivered" by tracking

  • Address errors, refused deliveries, or unclaimed packages

  • Customs delays/fees (these are government-controlled)

Product Conditions:

  • Packaging damage only (if product is intact)

  • Issues reported after 30 days

  • Custom-made items (personalized just for you)


How It Works

  • Order number

  • Photos/videos showing the issue

  • For lost packages: Post office confirmation

2️⃣ We Review: Our team verifies within 24-48 hours

3️⃣ Resolution: Approved claims get:

  • Refunds in 3-5 business days

  • Replacements shipped ASAP

🔍 Proof Required: We need clear evidence to process claims (photos/videos/documentation)
📦 Return Shipping: Customers cover return costs unless we made a mistake
🌍 International Orders: Some countries have longer investigation timelines
