Returns & Refunds

Open a dispute directly through Snugdrop within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Photos/videos of damaged/incorrect items.
  • Screenshot of your complaint (email/PayPal dispute).
  • Approved refunds are processed in 3–5 business days.
  • Allow 14+ days for the funds to reflect in your account (varies by
    payment method).

You cover return costs, unless the error was ours (e.g., wrong item shipped). 

Track your package first. Delays qualify for disputes after:

  • 100 days from dispatch.
  • Note: Delays due to customs/address issues are not eligible.
  • Buyer-caused issues (wrong address, size/color preferences).
  • Contact your local post office first.
  • If unresolved, submit a non-delivery certificate (with
    official seal) to Snugdrop.
